We rent out our rooms for Mid-term 30+ and Extended Stays. Each room features a comfortable mattress, high-quality linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a local guide manual, and a secure locking system. PROPERTY INFORMATION
Casa de Soul is a residential home offering extended stays for traveling medical staff and professionals. Suzanne, your host, lives on-site, ensuring your needs are met while respecting your privacy. We have a 30 lb Poodle mix named RiRi, who is kept away from shared spaces and on a leash.
PARKING

The only available parking spaces are the two spots on the right side of the driveway. They are first-come, first-served.

Additional parking is available on the street. There are no car or small truck restrictions; you can park anytime without worrying about getting a ticket.
AMENITIES & SERVICES
As a lodger, you'll enjoy access to our:

Kitchen to cook and store your food in a refrigerator and a pantry.

During quiet times, please prepare food or drinks quietly.

Dining room, living room, outdoor sitting areas, and our sun-warmed swimming pool (it gets cold in the winter).

In your room, you’ll find a house manual that will answer your questions during your stay.

The manual lists local attractions, restaurants, hiking trails, grocery stores, pharmacies, and emergency services.

QUIET TIMES
Sun-Thu: 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Fri-Sat: Midnight - 9 a.m.
For the enjoyment and consideration of all lodgers, we request that noise levels be kept to a minimum during quiet times.
LAUNDRY
Laundry room use is included with stays of 30+ days. Optional laundry services are available for an additional fee. Full details are outlined in the stay agreement.
POLICIES & RULES

Occupancy is limited to 2 residents per room.

We value a respectful, considerate living environment. If any concerns arise during your stay, please contact us so they can be addressed promptly.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The use of illegal drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Behavior that compromises safety or the peaceful enjoyment of the home may result in early termination of the stay, in accordance with the stay agreement.
